Hello and welcome! We are so excited you're here to embark on this new journey with us. My name is Tay and I'm the woman behind it all. I started making candles in 2018, after leaving my office job to become a full time stay at home mom. While researching and learning that most candles on the market contained harmful and scary ingredients, I grew an urge to make a more simpler candle. I set out to create products that I felt comfortable bringing into my home and around family. I am a simple girl, who wanted a simple brand. From our ethically sourced ingredients, eco-friendly packaging and our minimalist design, Nove Candle Co. is a brand that truly embraces the beauty in simplicity. Let's dig a little deeper, shall we?
Virgin Coconut Soy - our luxurious wax blend is a staple for a clean burning and natural candle. Made in the USA from soy and coconuts, this wax blend is vegan, renewable and biodegradable. It is a even, slow burning wax that contains a heat antioxidant to prevent discoloration throughout life of your candle.
Non-Toxic Fragrances - our fragrances will always be 100% phthalate free and also exclude materials with similar health concerns. We've also taken it a bit further to source fragrances whose standards parallel our brand. With that being said, our fragrances also exclude:
Carcinogens - materials known or thought to cause cancer
Mutagens - materials that changes and harms the DNA of cell
Reproductive toxins - toxins that adversely affect reproductive organs and increases the risk of birth defects in babies.
Organ Toxins - toxins that can cause adverse effects or disease within specific bodily organs.
Acute Toxins - toxins that can cause adverse effects from a single exposure
Eco-Friendly - Each candle in hand-poured into our beautiful glass vessels that easily doubles as a home decor piece. Once your candle is done, you can clean out your jars and up-cycle them into something functional like a plant holders, pencil/pen holder, trinket jars or even chic drinking glasses. On top of that, we also use 100% recyclable shipping supplies!
Hand-poured - Last but certainly not least & the part I take the most pride in, hand pouring each candle. Cleaning the jars, melting the wax and measuring the fragrance oils down to the drop, each candle is made with grave detail.
